HP Color Beat Supported

2018-11-22

If you run series 4 Indigo Press, ChromaChecker can now automatically import the measurement data from the in-line spectrophotometer on the HP press and show you how the press is manufacturing color over time. You can configure how often the measurement is done, and ChromaChecker will pull the measurement in, and show the operator through the iPhone App, the iPad App, or the web browser how the printer is performing. See the history: the purple line shows the variation to the sheet defined as the baseline. The blue line represents the variation within each page (since the target has duplicate patches), and the gray line represents the variation of the substrate. This graph is showing the last 480 measurements.

The operator can enter the maintenance events done on the Indigo to see what affect the changing of the PIP and performing different calibrations have on the overall performance of the printer. This is extremely useful to learn what needs to be done to keep the Indigo in the desired printing condition which will meet your customer expectations.
