ChromaChecker Portal
The portal, without leaving the application.
This plugin opens the ChromaChecker web portal inside CC Capture, with a bookmark menu you arrange yourself.
What it does for you
Measuring in one window and reporting in another means alt-tabbing all day, and on a pressroom machine it means a browser full of other things. Keeping the portal inside the application keeps the operator in one place.
The bookmarks are the useful part: every plant has four or five pages it lives in, and they are never the ones on the portal's own front page.
What you can do
- The full ChromaChecker portal, embedded
- A bookmark menu you configure - along the top or down the side
- Signs in once and stays signed in between sessions
Getting started
Enable ChromaChecker in the Plugin Manager; it appears as a view in the toolbar. Set your start page and bookmarks in its settings.
On a shared workstation, sign out at the end of a shift - the session is kept on that computer so the next person would otherwise arrive signed in as you. See the plugin notes.
