Prinect Bridge
Your press knows the job. Now the measurement knows it too.
Prinect Bridge connects a Heidelberg Prinect installation to ChromaChecker: browse the press fleet, follow the devices you care about, and attach the production context Prinect already holds to the measurements you take.
What it does for you
A measurement without context is a number. The same measurement carrying the press, the job and the run it belongs to is evidence you can search, trend and answer questions with six months later.
Prinect already knows all of it. This plugin stops anybody typing it in again, and stops the typing mistakes that come with it.
What you can do
- Browse the configured Prinect fleet and select the devices to track
- Attach production context to measurements as they are sent
- Publish selected parameters to MQTT for the rest of your shop-floor systems
- Two independent switches per parameter - attach, publish, both or neither
Getting started
Enable Prinect Bridge in the Plugin Manager and point it at your Prinect installation in its settings.
You will need ADI Prinect credentials from Heidelberg for your installation; Heidelberg licenses that interface and may charge for it. See the Prinect Bridge plugin terms.
