RustDesk
Show us the problem instead of describing it.
RustDesk lets an operator share the workstation screen with ChromaChecker support, so a fault can be looked at directly.
What it does for you
Half of support time goes into working out what the other person is seeing. Sharing the screen removes that entirely - and problems that are hard to describe, like a colour that looks wrong or a dialog that appears at the wrong moment, are obvious in ten seconds.

- Runs through ChromaChecker's own server, not the public RustDesk network
Getting started
Enable RustDesk in the Plugin Manager. Its icon sits in the left toolbar; click it, press Start, and read the ID and password to the support engineer.
There is no unattended access. A session needs somebody at the keyboard to start it, and while it runs the engineer sees whatever else is open on that screen - close what should not be seen first. See the RustDesk plugin terms.
